Where To Stay In Yucatan

I’m planning a trip to Yucatan and I’m looking for advice on where to stay. I’m looking for somewhere that is comfortable and affordable, but also offers a unique experience. I would like to stay somewhere that is close to the sights I want to see and has easy access to public transportation. I would also like to stay somewhere that has a good selection of restaurants and activities. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
