Where To Stay In Fukuoka

I am planning a trip to Fukuoka and I’m looking for a place to stay. I’m hoping to find a place that is close to the attractions and also has good amenities. I’m also looking for a place that is within my budget. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good place to stay in Fukuoka? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
