Where To Stay In Buenos Aires

I’m planning a trip to Buenos Aires and I’m looking for some advice on where to stay. I’m looking for something that’s comfortable and affordable, but also close to the main attractions. I’d also like to be in an area that’s safe and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
