Where To Stay In Asheville Downtown

I’m looking for a place to stay in Asheville downtown and I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I’m looking for something that is convenient to the downtown area and close to the attractions. I’d like to be able to walk to places like the Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District, and the restaurants and shops in the city center. I’m looking for something that’s comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
