Where To Stay In Anna Maria Island

I am planning a trip to Anna Maria Island and I am looking for the best place to stay. I am looking for a place that is close to the beach and has plenty of activities to do. I would like a place that is comfortable, clean, and affordable. I am also looking for a place that has good customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
