Where To Eat In Quebec City

I’m looking for a place to eat in Quebec City. I’m looking for something unique and delicious that I can’t find anywhere else. I’m open to all types of cuisine, from traditional French to something more exotic. I’m hoping to find a restaurant that offers a great atmosphere, friendly service, and a menu that will tantalize my taste buds. I’m also looking for a place that won’t break the bank. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
