Where To Eat In Duluth

I’m visiting Duluth and I’m looking for a great place to eat. I’m hoping to find a restaurant that has a great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. I’m open to trying different cuisines, but I’m especially interested in finding a restaurant with locally sourced ingredients. I’m also looking for a place that won’t break the bank. Can anyone recommend a restaurant that meets these criteria?
