I’m looking for a specific verse in the Bible that says not to eat pork. I know that the Bible has a lot of dietary laws and restrictions, but I’m not sure where to find the one that specifically mentions pork. I’m hoping someone can help me out and point me in the right direction. I’m looking for a verse that is clear and direct in its meaning. Once upon a time, there was a young man who was raised in a devout Christian family. He was taught from a young age to follow the Bible and its teachings. As he grew older, he began to question some of the more difficult passages, such as the prohibition of eating pork. He asked his family why this was forbidden, but they could not give him a clear answer.

As he read, he came across the passage in Leviticus 11:7-8 that said, “And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be cloven footed, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you. Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.”
The young man was surprised to learn that not only was eating pork forbidden, but touching
