Where In The Bible Does It Say Not To Eat Pork And Shellfish

I’m trying to understand why the bible says not to eat pork and shellfish. I’ve heard that it is something to do with the cleanliness of the animals, but I’m not sure. I’m looking for a specific passage in the bible that explains why these foods are not allowed. Can anyone help me understand why the bible says not to eat pork and shellfish?
