I am planning a trip to the Virgin Islands and I’m wondering when the best time to visit would be. I’m looking for a balance between good weather and lower prices. I’m hoping to find a time when I can enjoy the sun, sand, and sea without breaking the bank. I’d also like to have a variety of activities to choose from.
