When Is The Best Time To Visit Salem Ma

I am planning a visit to Salem, MA and I would like to know when the best time to visit is. I am looking for a time when the weather is pleasant, the attractions are open, and the crowds are not too large. I am hoping to find a time when I can explore the city and its history without feeling overwhelmed. I am also hoping to find a time when I can take advantage of the local attractions, such as the Witch Museum, the House of the Seven Gables, and the Salem Witch Trials Memorial. I would also like to find a time when I can take advantage of the city’s unique restaurants and shops. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
