I am looking for a time when the weather is nice, the crowds are not too overwhelming, and I can get the most out of my trip. I would prefer to avoid the summer months when the park is most crowded and the temperatures are hot. I am leaning towards the spring or fall seasons when the temperatures are mild and the park is less crowded. I am also interested in visiting during the winter months for the chance to see the park in a different light. I am open to any suggestions on the best time to visit Mt. Rushmore.
