What To Wear When Working In A Freezer

I’m looking for advice on what to wear when working in a freezer. I need something that will keep me warm, but also allow me to move freely and be comfortable. I’m looking for something that is breathable and won’t cause me to overheat. I’m also looking for something that is durable and can withstand the cold temperatures. Any advice on what to wear would be greatly appreciated.
