I’m looking for some advice on what to wear to the gym in winter. I’m usually quite cold so I don’t want to be too cold while I’m working out. I’m also conscious of looking stylish while I’m there. I’m thinking of wearing leggings and a long-sleeve top, but I’m not sure if that will be enough. What do you think? What other items should I consider wearing to the gym in winter? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I love going to the gym in winter. The cold air outside is so refreshing, and the warmth of the gym is so inviting. I always make sure to dress appropriately for the weather. I start with a light base layer of a long-sleeve shirt and leggings. Then I layer on a hoodie and sweatpants. I always have a beanie and gloves to keep my head and hands warm. I also wear a pair of running shoes with good traction so I don’t slip on the wet or icy surfaces. Lastly, I bring a water bottle and a towel to keep me hydrated and wipe away any sweat. Going to the gym in winter is one of my favorite activities and I’m always prepared for it.
