What To Wear To An Outdoor Concert In The Rain

I’m going to an outdoor concert in the rain and I’m not sure what to wear. I want to be comfortable, but I also want to stay dry. I’m thinking about wearing a waterproof jacket and a pair of waterproof boots. I’m also considering wearing a hat and a scarf to keep my head and neck dry. I’m not sure if I should wear jeans or leggings. I’m worried that jeans might be too heavy and uncomfortable in the rain. I’m also wondering if I should bring an umbrella or a rain poncho. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
