What To Wear To A Tea Party In Winter

I’m attending a tea party this winter and I’m not sure what to wear. I’m looking for something that is appropriate for the occasion, but also something that will keep me warm. I’m thinking of wearing a dress with a cardigan, but I’m not sure if that’s too casual. I’m also considering wearing a blouse and trousers, but I’m not sure if that’s too formal. I’m looking for advice on the best way to dress for the occasion. What do you think would be the best outfit for a tea party in winter?
