When it’s 60 degrees outside, I have to make sure I’m dressed appropriately so I don’t get too hot or too cold. I usually start with a light long-sleeve top and a pair of shorts. I also like to wear a pair of light running shoes, so I don’t overheat my feet. I always bring a light jacket with me, just in case it gets a bit cooler during my run. I also make sure to wear a hat and sunglasses to protect my eyes from the sun. Finally, I always make sure to bring a bottle of water with me, so I can stay hydrated. Running in 60 degree weather is a great way to start my day, and I always make sure to dress appropriately so I can enjoy it to the fullest.
