I’m looking for advice on what to wear running in 50 degree weather. I’m used to running in warmer climates, so I’m not sure what to wear. I’m thinking a light jacket or long-sleeved shirt, but I’m not sure if that’s enough. I’m also wondering if I should wear tights or shorts. I’m worried about getting too hot or too cold. Any advice would be much appreciated!
I love running in the cool of the morning, but when the temperature starts to rise, it can be a challenge to know what to wear. On days when the temperature is around 50 degrees, I like to wear a lightweight, breathable top with a pair of shorts. I also make sure to wear a hat or visor to keep the sun out of my eyes. I always make sure to wear a pair of running shoes that are comfortable and provide good support. I also like to wear a pair of sunglasses to protect my eyes from the sun. Finally, I always make sure to apply sunscreen to protect my skin from the sun’s rays. Running in 50 degrees can be a challenge, but with the right clothing and accessories, I’m able to enjoy my runs and stay comfortable.
