I usually bring a light jacket in case the weather changes, and I also bring a pair of lightweight gloves in case I need to grab onto something. I also bring plenty of water, a snack, and a first-aid kit just in case. I always make sure to check the weather before I go on a hike, so I can dress accordingly. I also make sure to wear sunscreen and insect repellent to protect my skin. With the right clothing, I can enjoy a safe and enjoyable hike in the summer.
