What To Wear In Sauna

I’m going to a sauna and I’m not sure what to wear. I’m looking for advice on what I should wear to make sure I’m comfortable and safe. I’m thinking of wearing a swimsuit or shorts and a t-shirt. I’m worried that the heat might be too intense and that I won’t be able to handle it if I’m wearing too much. I’m also wondering if I should wear a towel or some other type of cover-up. I’m concerned that I might get too hot and that I won’t be able to cool down. Any advice on what I should wear to the sauna would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
