What To Wear In San Francisco In December

I am visiting San Francisco in December and I’m wondering what to wear. I know it can get quite cool at night, so I’m looking for advice on what kind of clothing and accessories I should bring. I’m thinking of bringing a light jacket or cardigan, a scarf, and a hat. I’m also considering bringing a pair of comfortable shoes, as I plan to do a lot of walking. I’m wondering if I should also bring a raincoat or umbrella in case it rains. Any advice on what to wear in San Francisco in December would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
