I’m planning a trip to San Diego in December and I’m not sure what to wear. I’m looking for advice on what to pack. I’m used to cold weather, so I’m not sure if I should bring a coat or if I can get away with just a sweater. I’m also wondering if I should bring a hat and scarf or if I can leave them at home. I’m also curious about what type of shoes to bring. Will I need boots or can I get away with just sneakers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

San Diego in December is usually mild and sunny. You should bring a light jacket or sweater for chilly mornings and evenings, as well as a hat and sunglasses. If you plan to spend time outdoors, you should also bring a pair of comfortable shoes and a light rain jacket. For days spent exploring the city, you can wear jeans or shorts with a t-shirt or tank top.
