Avoid dark colors, which can absorb the heat and make you feel even hotter. Opt for lighter colors like white, beige, or pastels. For bottoms, shorts and skirts are a great option. If you’re heading out at night, you can add a light jacket or cardigan. For shoes, sandals and sneakers are best.
