What To Wear In An Infrared Sauna

I’m looking for advice on what to wear in an infrared sauna. I’m not sure if I should wear something light and comfortable like a t-shirt and shorts or if I should go for something more substantial like a sweat suit. I’m also wondering if it’s better to wear something made of natural fibers like cotton or if synthetic materials like polyester would be better. I’m also curious about the best way to cover my head, if at all. Any advice on what to wear in an infrared sauna would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
