What To Wear In A Rainforest

I’m planning a trip to a rainforest and I’m not sure what to wear. I want to make sure I’m comfortable and safe while I’m there. I’m looking for clothing that will keep me cool in the humid climate, and also protect me from the elements. I’m also looking for something that will be easy to pack and won’t take up too much space in my suitcase. I’d like to be able to layer my clothing, so I’m looking for items that can be mixed and matched. I’m also considering bringing a raincoat or poncho in case of unexpected rain. Any advice would be much appreciated!
