What To See In Washington Dc In One Day

I’m visiting Washington D.C. for the first time and I’m wondering what I should see in one day. I’m looking for suggestions on the best sites to visit and experiences to have. I’m interested in seeing the monuments and memorials, such as the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. I’d also like to visit the White House and the National Mall. I’m hoping to learn more about the history of the city and the nation by visiting the Smithsonian Museums. I’m also interested in seeing the Capitol Building, the Library of Congress, and the Supreme Court. I’m looking forward to having a great day in Washington D.C. and seeing as much as I can in one day.
