What To See In Machu Picchu

I’m planning a trip to Machu Picchu and I’m wondering what I should expect to see while I’m there. I’m looking forward to seeing the ancient ruins, which are said to have been built by the Incas in the 15th century. I’m also hoping to get a good look at the terraced farming that the Incas used to cultivate crops. I’m also hoping to get a glimpse of the wildlife that lives in the area, such as llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas. I’m also looking forward to taking in the majestic views of the Andes Mountains and the surrounding countryside. I’m sure I’ll be able to take some amazing pictures to share with my friends and family back home.

  1. Machu Picchu is a stunning archaeological site located in the Andes Mountains in Peru. It is the most famous site of the Inca Empire and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site is filled with fascinating Inca ruins, including the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana, and the Temple of the Three Windows. Other highlights include the terraces, plazas, and agricultural structures. There are also many trails and paths that lead to other nearby ruins, such as the Inca Trail and the Sun Gate. Visitors can also explore the nearby Sacred Valley, which is home to many other Inca sites and ruins.
