What To See In El Paso Texas

I’m planning a trip to El Paso, Texas and I’m looking for suggestions of what to see and do while I’m there. I’m interested in learning about the local culture and history, so I’m hoping to find some great museums and other historical sites. I’m also looking for some fun activities, like outdoor adventures or unique attractions. I’m also interested in trying some of the local cuisine and maybe even doing some shopping. Any suggestions of what I should see and do in El Paso would be greatly appreciated!
