What To See In Alaska In August

I’m planning a trip to Alaska in August and I’m looking for some advice on what to see and do. I love outdoor activities, so I’m looking for some suggestions on hikes, kayaking, and other activities that I can do while I’m there. I’m also interested in learning about the local culture and history, so I would love to hear about any museums, festivals, or cultural sites I should visit. I’m also open to any other suggestions that you might have. Thanks in advance for your help!
