What To See At The Met In 2 Hours

I’m visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and I have only two hours to explore. What should I see? I’m hoping to get the most out of my limited time. I’m interested in seeing some of the museum’s most iconic pieces, as well as some of the lesser-known works. I’m also interested in learning more about the history of the museum and the city. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
