What To Do If You See A Black Bear In Your Yard

I recently saw a black bear in my yard and I’m not sure what to do. I’m concerned about the safety of my family and my pets. I know that black bears can be dangerous and I don’t want to make the situation worse. I’ve heard that the best thing to do is to remain calm and back away slowly. I also know that I should make noise to scare the bear away. I’m trying to figure out the best way to keep the bear away from my property and make sure my family and pets are safe.
