I’m planning a trip to Ireland and I’m wondering what the weather is like. I’m hoping to get some insight from people who have been there before. Is it cold and wet or warm and sunny? How does the temperature vary throughout the year? What kind of clothing should I pack for my trip? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The weather in Ireland is typically mild and changeable, with temperatures rarely dropping below freezing. The west of Ireland is generally cooler and wetter than the east, but overall the climate is temperate and relatively mild. Rainfall is common throughout the year, with the wettest months usually being December, January and February. Summers are usually warm and sunny, with temperatures reaching up to 25°C (77°F).
