What Is The Weather Like In Ireland In February

I’m planning a trip to Ireland in February and I’m wondering what the weather will be like. I’m hoping for mild temperatures, but I’m not sure what to expect. Will it be cold and wet? Will I need to bring a lot of layers? Will I need to pack an umbrella? I’m looking for any advice on what the weather will be like in Ireland during February.
