I’m planning a trip to Iceland in October and I’m wondering what the weather is usually like in October. I’m hoping to get some insight from others who have been to Iceland in October or who have knowledge of the climate in Iceland. I’m looking for information on the temperatures, precipitation, and any other weather related information. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The weather in Iceland in October is usually cool and wet. The average high temperature is around 8°C (46°F) and the average low temperature is around 2°C (36°F). Rainfall is common throughout the month, with an average of around 80mm (3.1 inches) of precipitation. The days are becoming shorter, with the sun setting around 6:30 pm.
