What Causes Tires To Wear In The Middle

I’m having an issue with my tires wearing in the middle and I’m not sure what the cause is. I’ve noticed that the tread is wearing down faster than the edges and I’m concerned about the safety of my vehicle. I’ve had my tires rotated and balanced but the wear in the middle is still happening. I’m hoping to get some advice from the forum about what could be causing this issue and how I can fix it.
