I’m looking for advice on how to use a travel pillow correctly. I’m planning on taking a long flight soon, and I want to make sure I’m comfortable during the journey. I’m not sure if I should be using the pillow for my head, neck, or back. I’m also not sure if I should be using the pillow to support my head while I’m sleeping or if I should just use it to prop up my neck. Any advice on how to use a travel pillow correctly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
