How To Use Residual Travel Funds On Southwest

I’m looking for some help understanding how to use residual travel funds on Southwest Airlines. I’m not sure if I’m able to use them for future flights or if they are only valid for the flight I originally purchased. I’m also not sure if I’m able to transfer the funds to someone else or if they are only valid for me. I would really appreciate any advice or information anyone can provide to help me understand how to use my residual travel funds. Thanks in advance!
