How To Rent To Travel Nurses

I’m looking for advice on how to rent to travel nurses. I’m a landlord and I’m interested in renting to travel nurses but I’m not sure how to go about it. What do I need to do to make sure I’m properly prepared? What should I consider when renting to travel nurses? Are there any specific rules or regulations I should be aware of? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
