How To Charge For Travel Time

I’m a freelancer and I’m wondering how to charge for travel time. I’m starting to get more clients that require me to travel to their locations to work. I’m not sure if I should charge for the time it takes to travel to and from the job. I’m also not sure if I should charge for the time it takes to get ready for the job. I’m looking for advice on how to handle this situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
