How Long Does It Take To Travel 40 Light Years

I’m curious about how long it would take to travel 40 light years. I’m aware that it is a great distance and I’m curious to know if it is even possible to make the journey. I’m also curious to know if there are any special technologies or methods that would be needed to make such a journey. I understand that light travels at a speed of 186,000 miles per second, so I’m wondering if that speed would be enough to make the journey in a reasonable amount of time. I’m hoping to find out more about this topic and any advice or information that anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated.
