What To See In Nebraska I 80

I’m planning a road trip and I’m wondering what I should see in Nebraska along I-80. I’m looking for interesting places to visit, fun activities, and great food. I’m hoping to find something that will make my trip more memorable. I’m open to any suggestions that anyone might have. I’m sure there are some hidden gems in Nebraska that I’m not aware of and I’m excited to hear what they are.
