What To Wear Paintballing In Hot Weather

I’m looking for advice on what to wear paintballing in hot weather. I’m a beginner and want to make sure I’m comfortable and safe. I’m worried about the heat and don’t want to overheat. What type of clothing should I wear? Should I wear a long-sleeved shirt or something else? Are there any other tips or advice you can give me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
