When Is The Best Time To Visit Barcelona

I am planning a trip to Barcelona and I’m wondering when is the best time to visit. I’m looking for a time when the weather is pleasant and the city is alive with activity. I’m also hoping to find a time when tourist attractions are open and the city is not too crowded. I’m hoping to find a time when the prices are reasonable and the city is vibrant. I’m looking for a time when I can explore the city and enjoy the culture and cuisine. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
