When Is The Best Time To Visit Lima Peru

I am planning a trip to Lima, Peru and I’m wondering when the best time to visit is. I’m looking for a balance between good weather and reasonable prices. I’m hoping to find a time when I can enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about extreme temperatures or rain. I’m also looking for a time when I can get the most out of my travel budget. I’m looking forward to experiencing the culture, food, and sights of Lima, so I want to make sure I’m getting the best value for my money. Any advice on when the best time to visit Lima is would be greatly appreciated.
