How To Use Ember Travel Mug

I recently purchased an Ember Travel Mug and I’m having trouble figuring out how to use it. I know it is supposed to keep my drinks at the perfect temperature, but I’m not sure how to set the temperature or how to tell if the temperature is set correctly. Can anyone help me understand how to use this mug? I’d really appreciate any advice on how to get the most out of my Ember Travel Mug.
