Where Not To Stay In Nashville

I’m looking for a place to stay in Nashville and I’m not sure where to go. I’m trying to find a place that is affordable, but also has some great amenities. I’m looking for something that is close to the downtown area, but also has some good restaurants and attractions nearby. I’m also looking for a place that is safe and secure, so I can feel comfortable while I’m staying there. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
