Where To Stay In Zagreb

I’m planning a trip to Zagreb and I’m looking for some advice on where to stay. I’m looking for a place that is centrally located, has good public transport links and is reasonably priced. I’d like to stay somewhere that is close to some of the city’s main attractions, such as the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Upper Town. I’m also looking for a place that is comfortable and has all the amenities I need. I’m hoping to find a place that has a friendly atmosphere and a good range of restaurants and cafes nearby. Any advice would be much appreciated.
