Where In The Bible Says Not To Eat Pork

I’m trying to understand why pork is not considered a food source in the bible. I’m unfamiliar with the bible and would like to know where it says not to eat pork. I understand that some cultures have restrictions on eating pork, but I’m curious to understand why this is the case in the bible. I would appreciate if someone could explain why pork is not considered a food source in the bible and provide me with a reference to the scripture that states this.
