What Is The Weather Like In The Midwest

I’m wondering what the weather is like in the Midwest in the summer. I’m from the East Coast and I’m not used to the heat and humidity that comes with the summer months. I’m curious to know what the temperatures and humidity levels are like in the Midwest during the summer? Is it hot and humid? Is it more bearable than the East Coast? I’m also curious to know if there are any other weather patterns that I should be aware of in the Midwest during the summer. Any advice or tips on how to prepare for the summer months would be greatly appreciated.
