How To Adjust Travel Down Setting On Garage Door

I recently installed a new garage door opener in my garage and I’m having trouble adjusting the travel down setting. I’m not sure how to adjust it properly and I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’ve tried reading the manual but it’s not very clear and I’m still having trouble. Does anyone have any advice on how to adjust the travel down setting on my garage door opener?
